As we enter into the slowest, darkest cycle of the year nature shows us to slow down, go deeper, hibernate into the dreaming, shed the last layers, and rest into stillness so that we can come into the fullness of life and bloom with the springtime sun.

This retreat is an invitation to a reset, a chance to look into the darkness and the chaos energy that has built up throughout the past year or years. A chance to get real and a natural rhythm so that life can flow through you and love can flow out of you. 

This isn't a fluffy, surface level retreat, this is a raw and powerful few days to connect the most powerful healer and guide of all. MOTHER NATURE.
