Crops Not Shops wouldn't exist without the energy, commitment, and hard work of our volunteers. We're passionate about getting people back to the land in a world that pulls us away from nature, community, and ourselves.

Our volunteer season for 2026 is now full with up to a two week stay as a taster of life on a regenerative & resilient community farm. It's an opportunity to experience a slower, more connected way of living and discover whether this path might be for you.

Volunteers take part in 4 hours of hands-on land energy exchange Monday to Friday, with one daily meal included. You'll gain land experience, connect with like minded people, and become part of a growing movement towards a new age.

Looking to be connected to the land more permanently? We are being called to expand our governing circles and have a few more voices within the community.
